Luxury oceanfront home prices on Oahu are still lower than California's metropolitan area's, like San Francisco's Oceanfront, Carmel, Malibu, Manhattan Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Corona Del Mar and La Jolla Beach. Prices are still lower in Hawaii then most east coast destinations like South Miami, Boca Rotan, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Long Island, The Hamptons, Rehoboth Beach, etc...

Oceanfront inventory in Hawaii is historically low, and with the baby boomers starting to look at retirement, quality of life, health and lifestyle, we are seeing huge growth in Beachfront and Luxury sales in Hawaii.
