Oceanfront prices on Oahu are still relatively low compared to Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii's Kailua Kona. Oceanfront prices for land and luxury homes on Oahu are lower than California's metropolitan area's like San Francisco's Oceanfront, Carmel, Malibu Beach, Manhattan Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Corona Del Mar and La Jolla Beach. Prices are also lower then New York's Long Island, The Hamptons, Rehoboth Beach and other east coast destinations. Oceanfront inventory in Hawaii is very low, and with the baby boomers starting to look at retirement, quality of life, health and lifestyle, we are seeing huge growth in Beachfront and luxury sales in Hawaii.
